In the area of Vandoran known as the Cursed Forest, Matka the Curse Weaver may be found in her den, the Nest of the Curse Weaver. You can fight Matka here at any time because she is a non-roaming boss, however it is advised to do so at night because her nest doesn't get much sunlight.
Travel north on the road from the Cursed Forest Waygate until you reach the Cave Passage. From there, go straight west, and you'll soon come to the boss area's entrance.
